BX-CIS750-TG Displacement Insertion Inner Film Cold and Hot Cutting Sewing Machine

1. Woven bags, coated bags, and non coated bags can be used for this machine;

2. One click switching function between hot knife direct cutting for woven bags and cold knife direct cutting for laminated bags. The cold knife uses a straight cutting knife (not a flying knife) to make the bag mouth flatter;

3. The secondary double release function of the regular bag improves the stability of film insertion and enhances the stability of production products;

4. EPC automatic correction, high-precision automatic cutting of woven bags;

5. EPC automatic correction of PE film, automatic bottom sealing, film insertion, and cutting;

6. Automatic bottom sewing, automatic sealing, and automatic bag counting;

7. The whole machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi microcomputer system imported from Japan, with a humanized large screen LED interface (10 inches) for data display/recording/setting;

8. This unit can be used independently as a slitting machine and bagging machine;

9. The machine is easy to operate and can be operated by a single person.
